Services
Tremelis provides IT and software development solutions including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, SEO, digital marketing, and custom software integration. The scope of each project will be defined and mutually agreed before commencement.
Project Engagement
- Work begins only after receiving written confirmation or a signed agreement from the client.
- Timelines and deliverables will be communicated prior to starting a project.
- Any additional requests or scope changes may result in revised timelines and costs.
Payments & Billing
- Payment terms will be shared before the start of each project.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments must be made in advance based on weekly, monthly, or fixed-project milestones.
- Delay in payment may result in suspension of services.
Confidentiality
Tremelis respects the confidentiality of all client data and project details. Any information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
Data Security
We follow industry-standard practices to safeguard data and ensure project security. However, Tremelis shall not be held liable for breaches caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or unforeseen cyber incidents.
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client.
- Tremelis reserves the right to showcase non-confidential parts of the project in its portfolio.
Support & Maintenance
Post-delivery support may be provided under separate maintenance agreements. Any additional updates or technical assistance outside the agreed scope will be charged accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
Tremelis will make every effort to deliver error-free, high-quality solutions. However, we shall not be liable for indirect damages, business losses, or issues beyond our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if obligations are not met. In such cases, all work completed up to the termination date must be paid for by the client.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts.
